Swacch Manas
“Swacch Manas” initiatives were conducted to awaken the sense of respect and concern for nature & surroundings among children. 250 schools were chosen in Dakshina Kannada Dist. Nearly 25000 students from these schools were earmarked Swacchata Senanis and several activities were arranged for these students through sixty resource persons who conducted nearly 600 Swacch Manas activities.
Swacchata Chintana, Swacchata Spardha, Swacchata Diwas, Swacchata Manthana and Swacchata Darshana were organised in selected institutions to motivate students to commit toward Swacch Bharath. Apart from this, students participated in Swacch Ambassadors Training Workshops.
